Merry Christmas!

And to the Jewish, HAPPY SECOND DAY OF HANUKKAH! I hope all of your presents (or at least the majority of them) made that distinct rattling sound. As for mine...

I hope that helped. What? You can't tell what it is because the image quality is sorta LOW!?!? You can't see it properly because you're COLOR BLIND!?!? You're a strange alien who is unable see DIGITAL PHOTOS!?!? You want me stop writing random things and actually explain WHAT I GOT!?!? Ok then.

I received a plethora of Constraction (Constructible-Action) sets. BIONICLE G1 and G2, HERO FACTORY 1.0, 3.0 and 4.0 and Star Wars. In addition I was also given the 2016 christmas ornament and some Friends sets. Who says guys can't like girl's toys? Anyone who says otherwise will be hunted by my new constraction army.

Don't forget Dimensions! Finally getting Sonic The Hedgehog in LEGO form is a once illogical dream come true. Although I've never seen Gremlins, I'm still excited for the pack. It is my first Team Pack after all! E.T. holds a special place in my heart because it was the first movie I cried at. Many tears will be shed...

There. Are you satisfied? What!?!? You want to hear about my trip to Legoland?

We'll just have to wait and see...

I'm Going To Legoland Tomorrow! Yay!

I can see it now... So vivid...

I've never been more excited in my entire life. As a christmas gift, I will be going to Legoland tomorrow!

That's it. There is no witty joke. There is no clever commentary. Just stating the facts.

I'm done here. Goodbye.

Why It Pays To Have Relatives...

Relatives. They may pinch your cheeks and call you stupid names (Boo-Boo and Pumpkin are some of my favorites) But one thing is for certain. They can be AWESOME!

A few days ago, Some relatives from out of town stopped by with some gifts. An Eagles Sign for my football obsessed father, A Vera Bradley Gift Card for my fashionista mother and most importantly...

First off, I was given Lewa: Uniter Of Jungle and Gali: Uniter Of Water. I already own these sets. But they contain many valuable and rare parts. So I'll probably use their contents for MOCs.

Secondly, They gave me some random parts and pieces! One bag containing Red, Black, Dark Grey and Brown pieces. The other one containing White, Black, Blue and Light Grey pieces! As a BIONICLE Fan with a small-ish collection of parts, this is great!
The Red, Black, Dark Grey and Brown Bag
The White, Black, Blue and Light Grey Bag
I challenged myself to make a small MOC with parts exclusively from each bag. These are the results!

This first one is Tiny Tahu! It's kinda like a chibi version of Tahu Nuva. It uses the Metru Matoran build to good effect I think. It adds to the chibi feel,

This is The Mysterious Weapon Salesman. He's always looking down with his hands in his pockets. He was kinda hard to make. That bag kinda lacks Technic parts. I do like him a lot though.

So. The moral of today's story is... Respect your relatives! Because if you do, they will buy you LEGO. (Also, You wouldn't exist without them.)

Thanks Aunt Penny!
